Good quality!

(4.0 out of 5 stars)

Good quality construction. While the finishes and design may not be great (hallway carpeting, wallpaper, etc) the units themselves are well built. Amenities are amazing. Plenty of room and many options. The builder is very quick to address deficiencies. They made fixes while I was on my PDI. When builders are rushing through buildings and running away from responsibility, Plaza seems to take pride in their workmanship and issues are addressed immediately. Would buy from this builder again.

Moved in..

(4.0 out of 5 stars)

Moved into a unit on April 1st and love the building so far! Some of the best amenities; great gym, a games room with ping pong and air hockey, a billiards room, as well as a golf simulation room! Liberty Village area is great -- grocery store (Metro), Beer Store and LCBO all within 1-2 minutes walking distance -- and the Ossington bus stops right in front of the building so easy access to the TTC as well. Giving the building a 4 star for now but definitely a 5 star once I try the rest of the amenities!

Great amenities & units!

(4.0 out of 5 stars)

Customer Care I've dealt with customer care many times in regards to my 30 day warranty. Overall, they do a very good job addressing my concerns and I've been fairly happy with my experiences. Condo Mgmt Definite improvement needed here; they need to do a much better job communicating to the tenants in the building. Amenities The best part of this building are the amenities. The golf simulator is unbelievable!  The building also has a bowling alley, games room, pool and a rooftop terrace.  The staff at the sports desk are also very pleasant. In suite features Can't be happier with my suite. Everything works as it should!  Good quality finishings. Other The hallway carpet is hideous; the individual responsible for that decision should be held accountable!  I like the motion sensor lights in the hallways as they keep energy costs down and add a 'green' element to the building.

I've only been in King West now for a few short weeks, and the building as stated below is fairly new however, I have given it a good rating based on the amenities, they are fantastic and the general worksmanship that Plaza Corp has put into the features and appliances in each of their suites. Property Management is a bit of an issue with this building, I think that they made a tactical error having only one main Property Manager for the entire building, having said that they seem to do the best that they can.

Great units, high price

(4.0 out of 5 stars)
by Anonymous Jan 30, 2017
Price/sqft seemed a little high but I keep hearing its Liberty Village so. Pros: great layout, great finishes, good appliances, well thought out Cons: price seemed a little high, 1200+ Units, too many units on Sale, few other constructions nearby, not much of a view except South facing units. Will be looking into more units in the same building soon.
