...Location obviously excellent. The finishings are poor quality. As someone else pointed out, the square footage is abysmal but made worse by columns stuck seemingly randomly throughout and bad layouts. Even the larger units suffer from cramped space. Also, the real estate agent for the developer was atrocious. She was rude and seemed untrustworthy...
