Cool design

A very cool design, but a complete rip off of The Mountain Dwellings by Bjarke Ingel.

I was attracted to the generous terraces and looked at buying a unit in here last year. However, by this point, all of the terrace units have been sold and the other 1 bedroom units just didn't tick my boxes. So I passed.

Still, a neat project and the Roncy area is fantastic if you want to be close to downtown but prefer something a bit more low key. You also have the park only a few blocks away. Shakespeare in the park, anyone?

I also think that the Bloor & Dundas West area has lots of upside potential. Already it's one of the best connected areas of the city in terms of transit infrastructure. You have the subway, GO, and streetcar. Add in the Airport Rail Link in 2015, and you've got a pretty convenient spot.
