2 Gladstone, Toronto Condo Reviews 

2 Gladstone is first Queen West development from Streetcar! Several others are currently in the works for this corner. I helped a client purchase here while it was in it's preconstruction stage back in 09.

The lobby is pretty lackluster and the common areas are nothing spectacular, but the units themselves are pretty well laid out. Rent's are quite high for investors and many have seen great returns on sale since 09.

Location is perfect for someone looking for an area with action! No shortage of gallerys, bars and restaurants

Great condo: low condo fees (no gym or pool for added costs), spacious floorplans, shared party room, bicycle parking, in 2014 a Metro (grocery store) was added in the building, streetcar access, great restaurants in walking distance
