1960's...

I have been told that this condo has been inspired by 1960'architecture. I dont like the style and think that it looks VERY dated. I personally think that the more modern glass structure condos are more visually appealing. But I have to admit that the units here are very well layed out. The building management has tons of room for improvements!

But the location is a great one. Close to some great cafes and bars up on Queen, as well as super restaurants down on King. Right across the street is St. Andrew's park; great for all dog lovers as it has an off-leash area. Also, surrounded by many other conveniences- Only a blocks from Loblaws, Goodlife, Queen St W, Ttc access to all directions.
