King Plaza Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I have a client who purchased a 2 bedroom suite at King Plaza which is rented to 2 professionals. Both my client and the occupants are extremely pleased with the building location, quality of maintenance and management. The elevators have recently been upgraded, a number of hallways have been updated and generally the condominium board ensures a well run building. I am taking another client to see a unit this building this weekend.

My client like the location and the fact that the units are a good size compared to new condominiums. With a building of this age, the floor to ceiling height is unfortunately 8 feet.
