Harbour View Estates Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I like 10 Navy Wharf ct, this building is in walking distance to almost everything and you can get to union quickly or take the ttc (once it is finished on spadina) if needed.

The building has dated hallways and lobby, however an upgrade is supposed to be coming. The unique layouts of some of the units are very desirable and the use of space doesn`t feel as cramped as some newer condos.

What makes Harbourview Estates great is the massive Super Club Complex, it has plenty of amazing amenities.

Tower A of Harbourview Estates, CityPlace. Many units have full or partial harbour-views, others have expanding city views. Functional and well laid out floorplans, good build quality and better than some of the newer condos west of Spadina. Lobby and elevator renovation completed in 2014, hallway updates in 2015. Convenient amenities and access to the SuperClub. Excellent location being walking distance to the lake, Canoe Landing Park, Entertainment District, Financial District, 510/509 streetcar, Union station, Gardiner and to many downtown shops and restaurants on King West, Queen West and Spadina. Vehicular traffic can be an issue about 10 mins before/after a Blue Jays game or concert at the Rogers SkyDome as visitors navigate their way to their event. That's the trade-off of living downtown, people have lots of choices and things to see and do because there is a demand for them (i.e. people)! Me: Owner and resident since occupancy in 2005.
