Harbour View Estates Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Just helped a client lease a 1300 square foot furnished suite in this condo. This client is an executive relocating to Toronto from South America. We visiting many furnished condos in the space of a few days. He had picked this one out as his #1 pick from the link (of 24 listings) that I had sent him and it turned out to be his favourite. He is coming to Canada with his family and loved the vibe of the neighbourhood, liked that we saw indications that there were other families in the immediate buildings and was very excited about being next door to the City Place "Superclub" which (according to their website) boasts a 40 000 square feet of stuff-to-do. The location is great if you don't mind being in a bit of a condo jungle. This particular suite looked north and had an unobstructed view of the city. I did warn him that being around the Skydome can be exciting but chaotic when there is something going on there. It's easy to get into the core from there or a quick hop to get on the highway when needed.
