Verve Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I lived in the Verve for 9 years - they lie about rentals, they take your money and claim they are "deposits" then don't give it back. Their elevators break down EVERY week - they call in consulting companies to figure out elevators. They change managers and security frequently and cut corners every opportunity, it's sad to see how they treat residents. Cristiana A. at the Verve, gave her the benefit of the doubt, but they are fraudsters. DON'T MOVE INTO A DEL PROPERTY.

Overall well run. Struggles like most buildings to keep the elevators running. Management does a great job keeping you informed. This building has great features. Outdoor pool and hot tub are rare. Incredible gym, sauna, etc. The best part of the building is the community, however. This building does really feel like home. A rare thing these days.
