...I've been at the Verve since the beginning, and like a building that is 10 years plus old, it has its issues. The elevators are often down, and issues with short term and AirBnB come up every AGM. The only problem I have with living at the Verve is the lack of security. Often the lockers or cars are vandalized and bikes were stolen. The Concierge desk is poorly located so strangers push their way into the building by following someone else or through the many doors. Otherwise, living at the Verve is a positive experience, with nice people and great amenities...
