...I moved into one unit on the second floor and two weeks later the entire unit was flooded. I was told by the building manager it would occur twice a year. The piping for the building is not insulated and water damage is a reoccurring issue throughout the building. I moved down the hall hoping the issues would not continue but they only worsened. The whole second floor has a major silverfish infestation. My unit has been chemically treated about 6x in less than 6 months. The issue is in other units but the building refuses to fix the water damage issues which create a perfect home for these pests. I've also experienced anaphylaxis due to these bugs throughout the building...
