Nice place, a lot of renters

...Use to live in this building, but like all the city-place buildings.... units are great when new, but the finishes, although look nice at first, are pretty cheaply built. However great location, and with the roof-top pool.. was a pretty neat place to live as a young professional. The biggest problem for me, was the amount of renters over owners - caused the building to deteriorate fast, and lots of noise from lots of parties...

...I've lived here for 3 years and find it a great place to live. It's a very clean and well-run building with great amenities. Also, as an owner, I love that the maintenance fees have never gone up...
