I lived here for a year or so, but I wasn't a huge fan. Traffic was unbearable for commuters, and public transit access isn't great either (although that might change when the Spadina streetcar build is done). The rooftop pool is okay, but no use for swimming, just lounging. I had a couple of bad experiences with people playing loud music. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

I give it a 3 star, simply due to it's investment. I bought a unit pre-build, and has been a great investment as a rental unit. Location is convenient, and great for young professionals... however I would never live here as the traffic is bad, units are cheaply built, and the building is filled with tenants with constant noise complaints. (I put myself as anonymous, in case my tenants see this... hehe)

...I lived on the 21st floor. I hated the fact that the building is right next to train tracks and from 6 am to midnight you can hear the go train/Via rail/cargo trains etc. pass by, making your life deplorable and wishing that you never rented here. To survive, you will always have to keep the windows/sliding doors closed...
