Massey Harris Lofts, Toronto Condo Reviews 

One of the few true 'hard lofts' in this city. This is truly a unique boutique building with soaring 12 ft ceilings, exposed brick. There are no amenities, but it's situated on king street and faces Massey Harris Park (including a water park). If you're looking for a true loft experience in a smaller development, this is an excellent building

Love it - sits just outside of the "craziness" of King West but close enough to it that you can pop in and out. The building building is surrounded by a large greenspace and is surrounded by a community of townhomes and condo apartments. The units themselves range from the traditional "brick and beam" to some which boast modern and very clean lines. The price per square foot continues to be a on the higher end, but not outrageously so.

There's lots of history in this live/work loft. The building used to be the site of the Massey Harris company, which was one of the largest farm/tractor factories in the world. It's in a great location on King Street West and is right beside the Massey Harris Park. If you own a dog and live in the area you likely know this park well. The building has 46 units and was converted in 2003. The units have lovely exposed brick and original wooden posts and ooze character.
