...One of the few true 'hard lofts' in this city. This is truly a unique boutique building with soaring 12 ft ceilings, exposed brick. There are no amenities, but it's situated on king street and faces Massey Harris Park (including a water park). If you're looking for a true loft experience in a smaller development, this is an excellent building...
