Location isn't the best

A fairly nice condo, but the location isn't the best. You're between University Avenue and Bay Street - neither of which are great retail streets (although you're super close to the Eaton Centre). And on top of that, you have the bus station across the street. The only thing grimier than the bus station is a Toronto Coffee Time.

Excellent location. Rooftop common area, view of one City Hall & CN Tower. One of the top visitor parking online system. Steps to Eaton Center, Toronto Coach Terminal, Supermarket, Restaurants, etc.
