One of a kind condo with one of a kind location! The city's boardwalk along the lake is just perfect and starts right at this condos door step.

The building may not look ultra modern and sleek from the outside but many of the units here have been very well maintained and modernized.

The management and security team is one of a kind! The staff is very friendly and courteous of all people living here and our guests. The building is also very well managed!

Moved into this building a year ago. Have owned a few condos in the past but this one is exceptional. Love the location and the shuttle bus. Has a great exercise room, squash courts and a lot of owner-initiated activities, movie nights, socials, etc. The building is well maintained and any concern is addressed promptly
