These were some of the first condos in the neighbourhood, nicely located, closer to the downtown than all other condos nearby. These condos look though a bit dated, with a recognizable 90s look. Condo fees are in line with its age - high. Nevertheless, a nice condo to live in. The building is located directly on the lakeshore.
