Nautilus at Waterview, Toronto Condo Reviews 

This condo is very well managed partly due to fantastic management staff. The security guys are all very friendly and helpful. The location is one of a kind. Right on the boardwalk with many parks and dog friendly park. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in the area especially if your an active person. The condo also has nice amenities with many outdoor common areas.

In addition to its very special "wavy" shape, this building also offers a very nice location - it feels like a resort in summer with Waterfront and Parks / Butterfly Farm being just around the corner. Also a few great restaurants around such as "Eden" are located nearby. I am interested to see how this neighbourhood will look in winter.

I rented a unit in this building when it first opened. Overall it was a very disappointing few months. The pool was always closed for one of several reasons, staff members (concierge and parking security) who were not properly trained on how to do their job, and a fire that destroyed one of the electrical generators. On the plus side, the appliances and parts used in the units are good. Overall I would not recommend this building.

This building did go through a few problems in the first year but all the new buildings go through this. So most new residents feel very frustrated but that is the price we all pay when you move to a new building. The property management enforces the rules set by the Condominium Corporation and tries to make it as efficient as possible. It is a very nice building, the style and decor is very modern. Suites above the 18th floor will have a great view of the City and Lake Ontario. Suite on lower floors will have a partial view of the Lake. The amenities are located on the side building attached to the main tower but are on 3 levels The pool, whirlpool/hot tub and washrooms with saunas are located in the 4th level, the Gym is large with very good equipment on level 3, and the Party Room, Billiard Room, Lounge Room and walk out to a Large Roof Top Terrace with BBQ's are in the 2nd level. There are 2 guest suites in the second level. The area is great, is directly across to the Lake and with easy access to the Hwy, 10 Minutes to Downtown Toronto or 15 mnts to Pearson Int'l Airport.
