They understaff the concierge and leave packages out in the open when they have to leave to go to the bathroom. Their manager/s higher up are completely useless. Never had so many problems with my parking spot, air conditioner, and cracking walls. Not great for what I pay for.

Too quite for my taste

Great amenities but the neighbourhood does not have yet too much to offer in terms of restaurants (there are just a few of them around) and probably Metro is your only option for groceries (plus LCBO). At the same time, this area is very nice in summer with waterfront and Humber Bay Park. The building itself is very new, surrounded by a few other similar condo towers.
