Absolute disaster

...Good building if you like being really hot because they only turn the air condition on for 2 or 3 months a year and it constantly breaks during that time. The building is falling apart and the board and property manager ignore owner concerns...

...They understaff the concierge and leave packages out in the open when they have to leave to go to the bathroom. Their manager/s higher up are completely useless. Never had so many problems with my parking spot, air conditioner, and cracking walls. Not great for what I pay for...
