Amenities are great, it's clean and staff are helpful. New Assistant manager is very helpful.

...They understaff the concierge and leave packages out in the open when they have to leave to go to the bathroom. Their manager/s higher up are completely useless. Never had so many problems with my parking spot, air conditioner, and cracking walls. Not great for what I pay for...
