Good location and convenient. Near grocery, LCBO, park which also had a good park, community centre. Walk to the lake is nice

It's a good commute to work and close to everything. Property management is responsive and I can tell they do try to fix things when there are any issues.

Management in this building changed security teams very often and from the quality of security people, I can tell they cut the cost more and more. The Concierge people are the worst I have ever met in this city. Rude, not even able to book elevator, not friendly and no desire to help residents at all.

I've been living in this condo for 5 years. Very pet friendly if you own one and it has a dedicated pet spa as part of the amenities. Airbnb is now banned entirely. The lobby has been renovated, which looks great now and a lot cleaner. The amenity building is decent sized but shared among a few building. Property management and security are quick to respond if there are any issues. There are new Shoppers and Loblaws that just opened up about 3 minutes walk down south, location-wise, it's amazing. An overall great condo downtown, which is walking distance to the financial district where I work.

Not a good building to buy as an end-user: 3 Elevators only and most of the time 1 or 2 are broken. Garbage chute is usually not working so bad smell coming from garbage rooms. Lots of units are doing short rental AirBnB. So random people are using the facilities and as they don't care, lots of maintenance charges. Not safe due to AirBnB and other short rentals. There have been a couple of murders and similar incidents. Amenities such as gym are shared between 5 buildings. So the gym is usually overcrowded, having bad smell and equipment are not clean. Lots of flooding and pipe bursts in the past few years has caused a hefty condo fee to be paid every month. Dirty elevators due to peeing pets or sick people after lots of drinking. One elevator has broken mirrors for 5 years which is covered by permanent smelly fabric (fabric covers that usually put on for moving purposes). The building management changes every year and they don't have any idea how the building works. For instance, they can't even reset a false fire alarm and meanwhile, people are waiting at the lobby for hours for no reason. We sold ours and moved on. Not recommended at all.
