Pros: the units are big, the amenities are good! Cons: the building management charges a $100 fee (apart from the deposit) for elevator booking. They will find each and every possible way to extract money from you. (if the elevator is broken - the last person pays for it) Expensive visitor parking, units are old, appliance and fixtures are all falling apart, low quality. The layout is awful for units, 2 bedrooms next to each other with flimsy panels in between.
