Pinnacle on Adelaide, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Hi, I’ve lived here for nearly a year. It is not unusual to wait 15+ mins for an elevator (up or down). Obtaining packages from the concierge is challenging. Amenities are run down and not maintained.

The building and units themselves are nice. Great location. The property management is unresponsive and often there isn't anyone working at the front desk. I emailed management multiple times regarding various issues with no response. The biggest issue was they didn't send out any notice of window cleanings and, with where my apartment is located, there were men walking along the ledge right outside of my window a couple of times a day for weeks. As a young woman who lives alone, I felt extremely unsafe. I never heard back from management on the issue.

This is a really nice building. I live on one of the lower floors and like it. The building has nice amenities, including a movie room, gym, swimming pool (temporarily closed under COVID-19 guidelines). I also like how it is right next to Tiff, Scotia theatres, so many different restaurants, and shopping areas.
