Horrendous elevators

...Hi, I’ve lived here for nearly a year. It is not unusual to wait 15+ mins for an elevator (up or down). Obtaining packages from the concierge is challenging. Amenities are run down and not maintained...

...This is a really nice building. I live on one of the lower floors and like it. The building has nice amenities, including a movie room, gym, swimming pool (temporarily closed under COVID-19 guidelines). I also like how it is right next to Tiff, Scotia theatres, so many different restaurants, and shopping areas...
