Minto 775 Condos, Toronto Condo Reviews 

...I saw a few units in this condo and I have to say it is a bit of a hit and miss. Couple units were dark and felt like cramped - they were facing internal yard. Another one was really nice - so you need to go and look yourself. I had a chance to see two penthouses in the same building, the lower (one floor) and the upper one (two floors) - they were beautiful with breathtaking views over Toronto and lake exposure. The location is fantastic - very close to everything in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods. You are close to EVERYTHING - clubs, restaurants, cafes, groceries (Loblaws), drug store (Shoppers is located in the same building), fast food. There is a bunch of nice French cafes around - you can enjoy it every day. The building is located directly next to the King street streetcar - very convenient but can be very busy in the morning.
