Relatively old in the neighborhood, but still one of the best locations and buildings in the city. Beautiful finishes inside, premium appliances/countertops/flooring. The floorplans are generally well laid out. Elevators are very fast and there are 3 of them- no real waiting to go up or down. Units on the east side got hosed for views by the Charlie condo that got put up so it's something to keep in mind when looking. Other units will either face inside towards Charlie or outside onto Spadina or King West with unobstructed views. The King West views will be compromised in coming years as additional development goes up on the southeast corner of King/Spadina. There is a bit of noise from the street below, but it goes with the territory- you are in one of the most populated and traffic heavy sections of the city. Concierge is fantastic and is on duty 24 hours a day. For the location and the quality, this remains one of the best buildings in the city.

Amazing location, sophisticated design of common spaces, and excellent build quality make this a premium place to live. Units are very well sound-proofed. The gym was renovated in January 2014 and features the latest and greatest cardio and strength training equipment.
