The management doesn't do a good job in the maintenance! They hire the cheapest company, don't clean the snow on time, don't cut the grass properly... All the outdoor benches need to be fixed! The kid's park needs lots of work... I don't know who or where they got their management skills from but it's the worst I have ever seen.

Love the kitchen and how all the appliances are hidden. However, the building quality is not top notch.

Mixed feelings about this one. Great finishes and location, however, facing south on lower floors can be a bit noisy with traffic and nightlife. North views overlooking courtyard look into the back of Lofts 399. Really mini stove/ fridge here - developer should have put in full-size appliances!

Moved in last summer and it's great. Thankfully my unit is north facing, so I don't get a lot of noise from King Street. I don't hear any noise from my neighbors, the only building noise is in the hallways when people are coming and going. The club W does lend to a lot of nighttime noise, though, especially in the summer when their patio is basically out in the courtyard. Also, I agree with Alex, it would have been nice to have a larger fridge/freezer, but it's workable- I don't really feel like the units are designed to have more than two people living in them. Overall, I'm really happy with the construction of the building and the suites, as well as our concierge/property management!

I just helped a client find a beautiful 2 bedroom in The Victory. I think this building is a cut above so many downtown condos and it just oozes quality. Great finishes, great layouts. Very sought after King West and Spadina building. I love the way it wraps around the old heritage building.
