This is an incredible building for the well-heeled. The suites are either half floor or full floor and come equipped with private elevator access. This building is a condo alternative to that house in Rosedale.

But given that most (if not all) of the half floor suites are only 2 bedrooms, it may not be the best option for families. But for the rich and single (or kid-less) willing to spend this could be your dream pad.
