Well maintained, low fees

I own a one-bedroom soft loft here too. 169 John is a low-key boutique building in a wicked queen west location. No amenities = low condo fees, and the building is well maintained. Finishes are contemporary and clean - think granite and hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, concrete ceilings and pillars, big windows with lots of natural light and balconies. There are some great penthouse units with big wrap-around terraces too.

Spacious units, great layouts

I love this building and I walk by it quite often, its very close to my office. The units in this building are spacious, they have great layouts and are very much contemporary loft style - plus, most, if not all units have balconies. The location is amazing and you can walk all over the city from your doorstep.
