...I've purchased a unit at this building a few months ago. Being an older building, the unit needed some standard reno work before I could move in (floors, kitchen cabinets, shower). Condo management has made this process an absolute nightmare. Not only have they been unhelpful, but they have also been combative and threatening to halt renovation for trivial things such as not removing a disposal bin the same day or having tile delivered on a Saturday. I have done renovations at other condos before and I've received support and assistance from the management but at this building, I'm not sure why but they are very disrespectful and seem to antagonize the unit owners. Large units, but they are old and had I known how difficult this management was to work with, I would not have purchased something that required their cooperation...

...There is no heat until late October and goes off early May. You will freeze to death in this condo without your own base heaters. Management doesn't care and you have no control over it. You will have to use your own base heaters. Poor management. They don't respond if you have a REAL issue...
