Eleven Residences, Toronto Condo Reviews 

I've had a unit here for several years. Maintenance is cheap compared to the other condos in the area, the place is quiet, no major structural issues, and it's close to the downtown core/universities/subway. The only thing it could improve on is the amenities but to be honest, I prefer paying my $3X0/month for the past 5 years compared to some of my friends that have pools and bigger amenities but pay most double. Elevators are fast, neighbors are friendly/quiet, and the front desk staff is great.
