This building is beautiful and very nicely located, especially if you love the waterfront. It has a beautiful Waterfront boardwalk which was recently renovated. A grocery store (Sobeys) is just at Queens Quay Terminal and is very convenient hop to there or Longos at Maple Leaf Square just a short walk away. A 24 hour Rabba on Queens Quay or on the street level in the same building there’s a convenience store. The views that are south East facing give you the feeling that you’re in paradise just watching the lake and the sailboats go by. You don’t need to go to the cottage! When you step outside, you’re in a whole new world in the centre of all the happening activity. A full-service restaurant in the building that even deliver your food straight to your condo, a bar/lounge, BBQ area, patio and party room or just step outside for dinner or a cruise on the cruise boat that docks just outside of the building. There’re bike lanes and the boardwalk for leisurely walks along the lake. Amenities include a library, business centre, health club, squash courts, and shuttle bus, just like your private taxi to take you around town without having to pay. Everything is included- heat/ac, hydro and internet. All I need to pay extra is my cell phone. This is an amazing building with fantastic concierge staff and management. The building is extremely well run and very clean. They treat you like you're living at the Ritz, very personal and the team members are always eager to go out of their way to help you. It's a great community with many tenants who lived there for many years, unlike some condos where it's new people all the time. Happy to be living here and give them 10/10.

One of my favorite buildings on the Harbourfront. South facing units have one of the best uninterrupted lake views in the city. You are within 10 minute walking distance from Union Station, shops and art galleries, a skating rink and three grocery stores: Sobeys across the street at Queen's Quay Terminal, Longo's up on York St. at Maple Leaf Square, and a 24-hour Rabba just before Rees St. There is always activity outside during the summer. Dinner and party cruise boats dock here and keep you company. The revitalization of Queens Quay W with the new trees bike lanes and pedestrian promenade should also attract more people into the area. Don't forget to layer up during the winter, the wind off Lake Ontario can be bitterly cold. There is ample resident and visitor parking, as well as a car wash and bike racks. There is a full service restaurant with a bar/lounge and patio area. As well as a library, health club with private showers, sauna, swimming pool and squash court. Maintenance fee's include electricity, heat, water and cable TV , 24-hour security, valet parking and a shuttle bus service that takes you to key locations around the city such as Union Station, Yorkville, The Eaton Centre, St Lawrence Market and Loblaw's. Considering the amenities available here I find that the fee's are reasonable. The property management have done well at bringing down unnecessary expenses. Hall and common area extremely high maintenance, being polished constantly to remove visible footprints left behind by every person walking on it. The elevator cabs and mechanical features were completely modernized by Otis in the past decade. Overall I was happy living here so I give 99 Harbour Square a 9/10.
