...I've leased a condo out here for a client a couple of times in the past several years and make it a practice to visit anything close to comparable while I had my own listing up. The downtown condo rental market hot, so suites in this building go fast. I'm surprised to be the first person to review this well-established building. If you work downtown, this is a great spot to be. The waterfront, albeit currently under construction transit-wise, is always a pleasure to live on. The views can't be beaten if you're looking south and even the north views are great if you are high enough. Queens Quay is bustling with activities, festivals, runners and cyclists through the seasons. There's lots of shopping and conveniences nowadays, so you don't always have to get in your car or can manage without one here as you are an easy walk to Union Station or into the core. This building is worth considering if you are shopping for a rental or buying...
