...One of the first things you notice when you come to this complex of buildings is that it is run properly. The security and the management really have a handle of the building which is a big job considering the amount of people that live in all the buildings that are connected to each other through the common areas. The amenities here are top notch. There are multiple work out rooms, a large pool with two hot tubs and 2 saunas, theatres, BBQ area, tennis court, and basketball court. It really has it all. The suites themselves are pretty decent. High ceilings and nice finishes for the most part. The higher up you go in the building the better it is. I routinely visit a 3 bedroom unit on the 44th floor. The view facing south over the lake and islands is second to none and the view facing west over the city is something really special. The elevators are fast and the building is kept extremely clean. There is ample amount of visitor parking which you have to pay $5 for 12 hours of parking which is a great deal considering the location. The location is very good as you can walk to union in about 5 minutes but there is no grocery store really close by until you go to York St. The area can be extremely busy at rush hour and when there is an event at the ACC as there is public parking in the complex that gets used as event parking so getting in and out of the parking lot takes a lot of patience at times. If you want to be close to the lake and commute to work this is an ideal building for you, especially with the amenities. I would buy or rent here anytime...
