...Currently renting a two bedroom, two bathroom and overall very happy with the condo. Pros: Location - 5 mins to Union, 5 mins to Harbourfront, right off the Gardiner. Good soundproofing - never hear neighbours (except through halls or noises from above). Demographics - mixed bag with young professionals as well as young families and older retired folks. Security - good sense of feeling safe in the building. Property management and security could be a bit strict but helps keep residents in order Cons: Congested during concerts/Leaf and Raptor Games as parking is half for public. Visitor parking is limited and is $5 per 12 hours. Gym gets busy during peak hours (as expected). You can hear bass from concerts and horn from Leaf goals...

...I rented a two bedroom, two bathroom plus den condo in this building. The location is great - 5 minute walk from Union Station and easy access to the Gardiner Expressway. It is also a 2 minute walk from the lake and Toronto Island ferry, as well as very close to St. Lawrence Market. The area has the Toronto business district feel and the building is mainly occupied by young professionals. The layout of this condo was perfect for roommates as the rooms were on opposite sides of the living space. Floor to ceiling windows on the south wall of the condo provided an excellent view of the harbour. However, good blinds are a necessity for sleep due to all-night street lights and bright early morning sun. The building management is friendly, but are strict with policies such as booking the elevator for moving furniture in/out and not wanting bicycles to be brought inside. The shared amenities in this building are convenient and in good condition (full-length pool, hot tub, 2 gyms, theatre room and study rooms with wifi). If you have a parking stall included with your condo, it is located directly below the building and guests can park for $5...
