Well-run building

We have owned in this building for 10 years and rented the unit out for the past 5 years. Great views of the water and Queen's Quay itself and close to Harbourfront and bike trails with a TTC stop right outside the building (streetcar). It's an excellent location and a well-run building too. We attend the annual general meeting every year and get updated on what is going on in the building and surrounding area. They are always updating something in the building or working to improve the building one way or another. If you want to live downtown but would like to be a bit outside the downtown core while still close enough to amenities, nightlife etc, it's a great

The location is fabulous

I've owned a unit in this building for over 10 years now and loved living in it. The location is fabulous and the proximity to everything can't be beaten. Having owned units in other buildings as well I can say the management has been good at keeping costs manageable and under control. I'm actually considering buying a second unit in the building.
