Great building but has issues

(3.0 out of 5 stars)
by Abby Nov 30, 2020
Gaps in windows and old stuff lead to higher hydro bills (100+ for 2-bedroom for 2 people) + all the posting says indoor tennis and visitor parking but there are no amenities as such, even to park your bike they will charge $50 annually. All they have is a gym, locker and a good patio. Though the concierge and the management are nice.

No Visitor Parking

Even though every post will say it. Please don't believe it. There is absolutely no visitor parking. Though there is one paid parking lot next door that can be used.

Older and Better

Referring to 270 here. Thick sound-proof walls, great spacious layouts. All amenities are up to date. Great experience so far.

One of three building

(4.0 out of 5 stars)
by Sarah Fasullo Jul 10, 2017
#260 is the most updated out of the three sister buildings. New elevators, amazing rooftop with east/west glass walls, large fitness center and spacious units. Low maintenance fees.

Poor amenities, older building

(2.0 out of 5 stars)

Older building. Poor amenities and an irresponsible condo board. The windows leak and the hydro costs are some of the highest in the city. The location is fantastic and one of the only saving graces. More of a renters style building in my opinion.

An oldie, but a goodie!

(5.0 out of 5 stars)

An oldie, but a goodie. The lowest maintain fee on the water, largest sq. ft. For the lowest cost & thick walls - we never hear our neighbors.
