Great building but has issues

...Gaps in windows and old stuff lead to higher hydro bills (100+ for 2-bedroom for 2 people) + all the posting says indoor tennis and visitor parking but there are no amenities as such, even to park your bike they will charge $50 annually. All they have is a gym, locker and a good patio. Though the concierge and the management are nice...

...Older building. Poor amenities and an irresponsible condo board. The windows leak and the hydro costs are some of the highest in the city. The location is fantastic and one of the only saving graces. More of a renters style building in my opinion...
