Great building but has issues

...Gaps in windows and old stuff lead to higher hydro bills (100+ for 2-bedroom for 2 people) + all the posting says indoor tennis and visitor parking but there are no amenities as such, even to park your bike they will charge $50 annually. All they have is a gym, locker and a good patio. Though the concierge and the management are nice...

...Even though every post will say it. Please don't believe it. There is absolutely no visitor parking. Though there is one paid parking lot next door that can be used...
