Poor amenities, older building

...Older building. Poor amenities and an irresponsible condo board. The windows leak and the hydro costs are some of the highest in the city. The location is fantastic and one of the only saving graces. More of a renters style building in my opinion...

...An oldie, but a goodie. The lowest maintain fee on the water, largest sq. ft. For the lowest cost & thick walls - we never hear our neighbors...
