...It is very clean and well maintained building, the staff is very friendly, I highly recommend this place...

...Please look elsewhere. I wish I had prior to moving in. The big pros is location, location, location. The amenities ranging to weekly hydro shutoffs (no water ALL DAY), daily fire alarms, elevators never seem to work, periodic flooding and electricity issues are too much of a headache. Most of the landlords in this building are disconnected and do not care at all - uneducated and will pry on renter’s insurance without knowing what it covers. Condo management is mismanaged and does not care about tenants. Trust me you’re all on your own...

...The building seems nice from the outside but stay away. I would never rent here again. This building is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, talking to neighbors, it seems to be on multiple floors too. No idea how a pretty new building can be this poorly managed. The management do not seem to care at all, delivery people come and go as they please, no sense of security...
