TO Condominiums, Toronto Condo Reviews 

This condo is located at Gerrard and Jarvis - I found that the neighbourhood has plenty of sketchy people on the streets, especially if you head further East to Sherbourne. That's already a big no-go for me. The building itself is dated with a typical eighties-look, not offering to much of modern amenities either. There are many other better condo living opportunities around.
