St Lawrence Market Lofts, Toronto Condo Reviews 

Unbeatable location. Steps to everything. Beautifully finished inside. No amenities to speak of, and no parking, so if you have a car, you'll need to find rental space. Condo fees include everything minus phone and cable. I've seen really tiny units, and really enormous units here on the top floors. Most of them seem around 700-800 sq ft. Exposed brick, wood beams, just really nice inside. Air conditioners are a bit weak in my experience. Ultimately, you're buying or living here for the access to the market and the rest of downtown!

Talk about a hidden gem! Great location, oozes character right by the St Lawrence Market at Church Street & Front Street. Lots of amenities within short walking distances. Lofts are between 480 sq. ft. to 1300 sq. ft. and are situated in four levels with two level mezzanine lofts on the top floor. Condo fees include utilities!
