Discriminatory & Negligent

They couldn’t care about the owners and residents less if they tried. Plumbing issues weekly with massive water damage they never repair. Elevators break down regularly. The security desk is at a rarely used entrance making the main entrance very unsafe. Accessible door has been broken for a year and causes injuries to residents and dogs daily. Management & board president openly discriminate against the disabled and have an open AODA case against them.
