An oasis in the city

This building is terrific. According to the superintendent, it cemented Tridel's reputation. Units are large and luxurious. Amenities include a salt water pool. I've had no issues with service or craftsmanship/build quality (e.g. bathrooms have marble baseboards). The drawbacks are that the building is old (~30 years); so you may need to do some renovating. If you are thinking about moving here - I strongly recommend it. It's so peaceful and comfortable.
