...Building management and security are good; amenities are great; residents are friendly. The building has only 2 serious flaws: 1) soundproofing. As with the most new condos, one can hear too much of one's neighbours. Better insulation between units would not only help with noise but also energy use, which brings me to item # 2) temperature control. The building's design allows for only A/C or heat - once one is turned on the other is unavailable. In a 24+ storey building that means during spring and fall people on the upper floors are sweltering while those on the lower are chilly...
