...This is a strategic location with everything you’d possibly need nearby. Proximity to the highway is bittersweet; ease of access is a plus, but noise and pollution are a downer. Sound insulation to the outside is well done, but inner soundproofing between units is lacking. Amenities are great, security is legit. Build quality is okay. Elevators are fast and rarely have to share with others. Views (from the south) are unique, industrial & lake, and unobstructed skyline from the east.
