...Quiet as it is a low-rise building with a little number of residents, hence the elevator comes under 5 seconds. It is unique and stylish. You can see design details throughout every area of the building. In regards to the garbage chute being out of service in the review above this, I think it is completely reasonable for something being used so often to break in every few months. When it breaks, for big garbages, I would take them to the ground floor garage room and small garbages would be totally fine left by the chute. Most importantly, the superintendent will clear them out and the chute gets fixed right away the next business day. Management is very keen on keeping the space clean. The sound of the trains does not bother me after I've lived here for a month. I don't hear them anymore. I guess some people just adapt to it. In regards to air quality, I am confused- Never have I felt there was a problem with the air here... Besides visitor parking, there is also street parking available right across from the front door entrance. My visitor never had trouble. Long-term parking rental is also available around the area...
